微波治疗产后会阴伤口疗效观察

Effect Observation of Microwave Therapy Used to Treat Perineum Wound after Delivery

目的 探讨微波理疗治疗产后会阴伤口的疗效。 方法 将 2 40例产后会阴伤口病人随机分为观察组和对照组各 1 2 0例。观察组用微波理疗 ,对照组采用传统的红外线光疗。观察 2组会阴伤口局部红肿、切口处瘢痕、病人伤口疼痛程度等情况。 结果 观察组各项指标均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,差异有显著性。 结论 微波理疗用于产后会阴伤口可减轻疼痛 。

Objective To explore the effect of microwave therapy used to treat perineum wound after delivery. Method Divided 240 patients with perineum wound after delivery into two groups randomly: observation group(120 patients) and control group(120 patients). Patients in observation group received microwave therapy to treat perineum wound and patients in control group received traditional infrared ray to treat it. Then observed perineum wound situation and patient's feeling of two groups. Result Every index of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01). There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Using microwave therapy to treat perineum wound after delivery can ease patient's pain and increase the effect .
