24例肝胆管结石并胆管壁静脉曲张围术期的护理

Nursing in perepheral surgery duration of 24 cases of gallstones in bile ducts coincident with varicosity of gallbladder wall

目的 探讨肝胆管结石并胆管壁静脉曲张围术期的病情观察及护理。 方法 对 2 4例肝胆管结石并胆管壁静脉曲张患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 2例失去手术时机 ,于诊断明确后出院 ,2 2例进行手术治疗 ,无手术死亡发生。 5例术后一度黄疸加深、腹水。无 1例因护理不当而导致病情加重或发生并发症 ,均经抗炎、护肝、利胆等对症支持治疗病情好转出院。 结论 术前充分的准备 ,术后准确及时地观察病情 ,正确的护理各种引流管是保证手术成功的关键。

Objects To discuss the pathology and nursing of gallstones in bile ducts coincident with varicosity of gallbladder wall during perepheral surgery duration. Methods clinic data of 24 cases of gallstones in bile ducts coincident with varicosity of gallbladder wall were analyzed retrospectively. Results 2 cases were lost operation,and out of hospital after confirmed diagnosis.Opeation were applied on 22 patients with no death occurrence, jaundice deepening and ascites occurred in 5 cases,no implication were observed because of irrevelent nursing,all were cured after anti-inflammatory,liver protdction,as well as supportative therapy.ConclusIon Thnrou'h preoperational preparation,careful and puncture postoperational documentation, proper nursing of varied drain catheters are critical to ensure the success of this surgery.
