摘要
根据图像小波变换的系数特征,给出一种基于小波变换的图像渐进传输方法,使图像的传输效率大大提高。
In this paper,by analyzing the coefficient character of image wavelet transforms,the writer suggests a method of the image progressive transmission based on wavelet transforms.It greatly increases the efficiency of the image transmission.
