从剖析 BOT 的概念入手,分析当前电力行业发展的现状以及 BOT 投资方式在电力基础设施建设中的优点,论证电力建设中使用 BOT 的必要性和可行性,提出电力BOT 项目在具体实施中应注意的问题及对策。

From analysis of the concept of BOT,this paper discusses the advantages of Electric Power BOT project and its basic operation mode.It is expounded that Electric Power BOT is necessary and feasible according to the analysis of the development of electric power industry and the implementation of Electric Power BOT.At the same time,some prob- lems and methods to be noticed in applying BOT are put forward.
