社会心理作为对社会生活的认识、情感和意向的一种表达,会随着社会的变化而变化。党的十六大关于全面建设小康社会战略的确立,也就决定了人们的社会心理将随之发生变化,并出现求稳与求变相矛盾的社会心理、高技术情感与高技术恐慌症相矛盾的社会心理、世界性与民族性相矛盾的社会心理。

As an expression of understanding,emotion and intention to the social life,the social psychology changes with the society.The 16^(th) National Congress of the Communist Party of China determined the strategy of building the well-to-do society in an all-round way,which also decided the change of the social psychology,and the appearance of contradicting social psychologies of pursing steadiness and change,high-tech emotion and high-tech panic,world charac- teristic and national characteristic.
