高职院校要实现培养高素质应用性人才的办学目标,就要摆脱传统“功利性实用教育”的影响,从学校管理、教育教学、校园文化建设三个方面构建“以人为本”的育人观。

To realize the guiding principle of developing highly qualified practical personnel,higher vocational colleges need to extricate themselves from the influence of traditional“utilitarian practical education”.The present article at- tempts to explore the way of constructing the people-oriented education outlook in college administration,education and teaching as well as campus culture development.
