实施人才强国战略是党中央、国务院根据新形势和新任务变化提出的新要求,高等学校在此过程中承担着责无旁贷的责任,因此,必须加强自身人才队伍建设和党委对人才工作的领导,营造良好的体制环境、政策环境、人文环境,切实提高人才待遇。

The strategy that talent people are regarded as key elements of building a powerful country accord with the new requirements put forward by the Party Central Committee and State Council based on the new situation and tasks . We think universities and colleges are duty-bound. So we must strengthen the contingent of talent of people ourselves and build up the leadership of Party Committee in the work of managing talent of people , to create a structural environment ,an environment of carrying out policies ,an environment beneficial to the growth of talent of people ,cultural environments and improve treatment to talent of people in a down -to -earth way .
