摘要 振动压路机是集振动与减振为一体的工程机械,其已占据压路机市场80%以上的份额.目前,国内设计与世界先进水平仍有较大差距,其根源在于基本理论的欠缺.振动压路机-路基土壤系统在压实过程中不断变化,压实初期,土壤处于松散状态,塑性变形大,适于非线性弹塑性模型表示.在压实的中后期,土壤主要呈现弹性特征,可用线性模型表示.随着压实度的不断增加,可能产生跳振现象,有时保证路面质量需避免跳振,有时需利用其冲击能量对路基进一步压实或破碎工作.分阶段建立了振动压路机-路基土壤系统的数学模型.并对压实中后期进行了计算机仿真,为振动压路机动力学分析和压实度连续检测技术提供了理论基础. Vibrating roller is a construction machinery which gather vibration with reduce to flap for integral whole machine.Its have occupied the above quota in 80% in roller market.Currently,domestic design and ad- vanced level in world still contain bigger margin,its source consists in the theoretical basic lacks.The model of vibrating roller-bass soil change continuously in compaction solid process.Compaction early,the soil is placed in the lax appearance,be suitable for the nonlinear model.At the middle compaction period,the soil presents the elastic characteristic primarily,can mean with the line model.Along with press degree increasing continuously, vibrating roller possible jumps from the background.Sometimes guaranteeing the road quantity need to be avoided,sometimes needing the exploitation it to the ground of the impact energy further compaction.Three model of vibrating roller-bass soil is established.The second model has been simulated with MATLAB proce- dure.The conclusion is very important to analyze the dynamic properties of roller and develop the continuous auto-detector of degree of compaction.
