摘要
介绍了 JSBZ132型臂式掘进机的新型工作机构,通过对工作机构各杆件的受力分析,导出在肱臂液压缸、尺臂液压缸和水平回转液压缸作用下的截割头牵引力.根据工作机构各构件的相互协调性原则,确定了各个液压缸和截割力之间的匹配关系式,为确定其工作压力和选型提供依据.
This paper introduces the new working mechanism of JSBZ132 road headers.By mechanics analysis to all rods of the working mechanism,the cutterhead's driving force created respectively by the humerus hy- draulic cylinder,ulna hydraulic cylinder and turning hydraulic cylinder are deduced.In order to improve the in- ternal harmony of the working mechanism,the matching relativities of cylinders and cutting force of the cut- terhead are established,which can help to select hydraulic cylinder type and its working pressure.
