摘要
论述了混凝土泵车摆动型支腿的反力计算方法及通用计算公式,指出了各支腿最危险工况对应的臂架系统位置,研究了基于 ANSYS 的摆动型支腿结构分析的建模和加载方法.以36 m 混凝土泵车为例,对其摆动型支腿进行了有限元建模和分析,最危险工况下 ANSYS 计算结果与实测结果相吻合,说明所述支腿反力计算方法及支腿结构建模和加载方法是合理的,为摆动型支腿的结构设计提供了依据.
This paper studies the counterforce calculation method of concrete pump's stabilizers with swing style and sums up the general formulae of stabilizers'counterforce.Based on the most dangerous working situ- ation of stabilizers,it indicates the corresponding position of boom system.It also introduces the method of modeling and loading in ANSYS.Taking example for 36 m concrete pump,this paper makes the ANSYS mod- els of swing stabilizers and analyzes the calculation results.In the most dangerous state,the calculation results are well coincident with the experimental results,which proved the method of counterforce calculation,model- ing and loading is right.All of these researches provide an effective and practicable tool to design swing stabi- lizers and this paper achieves some useful theories and practical results.
