摘要
分析了基本岗位评价方法的优点和不足,提出将层次分析法(AHP)应用于管理岗位评价的必要性.然后,在 AHP 基础上构建管理岗位评价的层次结构模型,探讨基于 AHP 的管理岗位评价的具体实施方式.
After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the basic position evaluation methods,the arti- cle emphasized the necessary of applying analytical hierarchy process(AHP)to management position evalua- tion.A hierarchy structure model for management position evaluation was constructed based on AHP,where- after a practical process was introduced to implement the AHP based technology of management position eva- luation.
