摘要
从理论上和试验结果上对国内外主要的双卧轴搅拌机的搅拌臂布置形式进行了对比分析,得出结论:比较完善的搅拌过程,物料的位移必须由良好配合的轴向大循环运动和轴间小循环运动来共同完成;推荐搅拌臂布置形式采用正正交错排列和正正平行非连续排列.
Mixing arms'arrangements of the domestic-international twin-shaft mixer are compared in theory analysis and test research.The results indicate that perfect mixing performance of concrete should be accom- plished by proper cooperation of axial circulation and adverse circulation.Mixing arms with double-positive-in- erlaced and double-positive-paralled dissuccessive arrangements are recommended.
