分析了目前我国水文仪器科研体制存在的弊端和改革的必要性,我国水文仪器研制要想取得突破性进展,必须改变目前水文仪器科研机构小而散的管理体制,进行强强联合,实行规模化生产,走市场化道路。

Defects and necessity of reform about current scientific research system of hydrologic instrument are analyzed. And to make a breakthrough, the system of scientific research of hydrologic instrument must discard the small and scattered management system in institutes and manufacture on large scale, orientating the market.
