In the condition of market economy, only those who grasp theory deeply and can apply them well in practice are true elite. In order to cultivate student who can suit for the need of society commendably, college should change education idea and reform teaching mode. The new teaching mode of 'Marxism theoretical and ideological politics' 'MI') which by teacher ( induct student to think, to operate and to say can improve student's ability of analyze and figure out problem, and finally promote students' overall development.
