艾灸合用电针对单纯性肥胖患者的疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Treating Simple Obesity by Combination of Moxibustion and Electric Acupuncture

目的:评价艾灸合用电针治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效和安全性,为单纯性肥胖临床治疗提供依据。方法:将96例单纯性肥胖症患者按顺序随机法分为单纯电针组49例,艾灸合用电针组47例,单纯电针组治疗以腹部电针为主,艾灸合用电针组在电针组治疗的基础上加用背俞穴隔姜灸。分别观察两组治疗前和治疗2个疗程后患者体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、脂肪百分率的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、脂肪百分率较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),但以艾灸合用电针组效果更显著。结论:艾灸合用电针组和单纯电针组在对单纯性肥胖的治疗上都是有效的,在对以体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、脂肪百分率为指标的体征综合疗效比较上,艾灸合用电针组的疗效更加优于单纯电针组。
