药物铺灸疗法治疗体虚外感型产后身痛

Clinical Observation on Therapy of Shop Moxibuion with Medicine in Weakness and Exogenous Puerperal Body Pain

目的:通过与针刺配合TDP疗法治疗对比,观察药物铺灸疗法治疗体虚外感型产后身痛的临床疗效。方法:将52例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组29例,采用药物铺灸治疗;对照组23例,采用针刺配合TDP治疗,使两组在脊背部均有热效应。结果:治疗组治愈率为58.6%,总有效率为93.1%;对照组治愈率为17.4%,总有效率为65.2%。两组间治愈率与总有效率比较差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用药物铺灸治疗产后身痛属体虚外感型的临床疗效明显优于针刺疗法,因其兼有扶正与祛邪的特性,故可广泛应用于临床。
