深刺中髎、下髎穴治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘

Application of Dyssynergic Defecation Treated by Puncturing BL33 and BL34 Deeply

目前针灸治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘多选用足阳明经穴,足太阳经穴(特别是中髎、下髎)未能引起重视,但深刺中髎、下髎穴治疗盆底失弛缓型便秘中确有较好的疗效。然而,深刺中髎、下髎穴实际临床操作上存在难度。现就通过应用此法治疗的典型病例2例进行穴位的取法、针具的选择、针刺操作、安全深度及针感等方面论述。

Points of Foot-Yangming Meridian often have been chosen in Dyssynergic Defecation,while points of Foot-Taiyang Meridian have not been used normally.The curative effect of puncturing BL33 and BL34 deeply is better than the other methods.However,it is difficult in the clinical practice.Finding the points,choosing the needles,acupuntcture practicing,and the needling response will be discussed by 2 typical cases treated by this methods.
