腹腔镜胆囊切除术中出血的原因分析与处理

Analysis and treatment for laparoscopic cholecystectomy bleeding

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)术中出血的原因与处理措施。方法总结24例LC术中出血患者的临床资料,分析LC术中出血的原因与处理方法。结果LC术中出血的原因与术者的技术水平以及患者的解剖类型和胆囊炎严重程度有关,24例经电凝、重新施夹、压迫、缝扎等方法成功止血。结论LC术中出血需要及时有效的处理,可避免严重后果。

Objective To discuss the canses of hemorrhage and its managements in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Meth-ods The clinic data of 24 patients who had bled in LC were analyzed retrospectively,and hemorrhages reasons and managements were concluded.Results the technological level of operator,cholecystic anatomy style and the severity of eholeeystitis play important role in the bleeding in LC.The hemorrhages of all the patients reported were successfully stopped by means of electric coagulation,re-clipping,oppresion and transfixion.Conclusion The hemorrhage in LC needs management immediately and effectively,and bad prognosis earl be avoided.
