LISS钢板在临床中应用疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨微创固定系统(LISS)钢板在临床中的应用价值。方法对用LISS钢板治疗膝关节严重粉碎性骨折32例的资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果32例中优23例,良4例,及格3例,差2例,优良率84.4%。骨折愈合时间22~33周,平均27.2周;膝关节平均伸屈活动度115°~140°,平均126°。结论LISS钢板治疗膝关节粉碎性骨折可以减轻病人疼痛,手术创口少,失血少,感染少,在临床中有广阔的应用前景。
