58例声门上型喉癌颈淋巴结清扫术的探讨

Selective neck dissection in 58 patients with no supraglottic carcinoma

目的探讨声门上型喉癌N0期颈淋巴结清扫术式的合理选择。方法对58例声门上型喉癌NO期住院患者手术方法回顾性分析。结果58例声门上型喉癌NO期病例发现18例有颈淋巴结转移,转移率为31%。结论声门上型喉癌NO期颈部的治疗可采用选择性颈清扫术。选择性颈淋巴结清扫是理想的措施。

Objective This study is aimed to discuss the reasonable option of neck dissection in the treatment of N0 supraglottic carcinoma.Method The operation methods used to treat 58 cases N0 supraglottic carcinoma.Results 18 of 58 patients were found neck node metastases by the pathological examination.The total rate of neck node metastase was 31%.Conclusion This study suggested the selective neck dissection was an ideal operation method in the treatment of N0 supraglottic carcinoma.
