改良式包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长疗效对比

Comparision of the effect of the improved circumcision and the traditional circumcision in treating redundant prepuce

目的比较改良式包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长的效果。方法行包皮环切术治疗包皮过长112例,其中改良式包皮环切术64例(A组),传统包皮环切术48例(B组)。结果2组间在手术时间,术中出血量方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。A组发生术后创口出血或血肿3例,阴茎水肿2例,无伤口感染。B组发生术后创口出血或血肿9例,阴茎水肿9例,伤口感染1例。2组间并发症发生率的差异具有统计学意义。结论改良式包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术相比更具有优越性。

Objective To compare the effect of the improved circumcision and the traditional circumcision in treating redundant prepuce.Methods 112 cases of redundant prepuce were treated by circumcision.64 received improved circumcision(group A),and 48 received traditional circumcision(group B).Results The differences between the two groups in operative time and hemorrhagic amount were statistically significant(P<0.001).Postoperative bleeding or hematoma,dropsy of penis in group A were 3,2 cases respectively,there were no infection of wound.Postoperative bleeding or hematoma,dropsy of penis,infection of wound in group B were 9,9,1 cases respectively.There was statistical significant difference in complication between the two groups.Conclusion The improved circumcision has advantage over traditional circumcision.
