我国的法治建设基本上是从城市地区开始的,因此广大农村地区,尤其是西部农村地区的法治建设相对比较薄弱,而正是这些地区阻碍着当前我国法治建设的进程,因此送法下乡十分迫切,已经成为一个学界一致认同的问题,而现在我们更应该关注和解决的是如何走一条适合我国实情的送法之路。

Running state affairs according to law begins in urban area in China.Consequently the construction of rule of law is lack in villages,especially in the west villages.The situation impedes the advance of the construction of rule of law in our country.Therefore,it is urgent to propagate law in villages in scholar s eyes.In present,what we should pay close attention to and resolve is find a right way of propagating law in villages which according with the situation of our country.
