信息在社会生活中的作用越来越重要,信息的泄露会造成难以想象的后果。刑法修正案(七)的颁布,将个人信息保护写入刑法,既是解决现实中出现的对个人信息进行侵犯的违法犯罪行为的规制,也为我们在司法过程中如何解释和适用本条款并同时保障刑法的稳定性有一定的引导作用。

The information is more and more important in social life,and the disclosure of information will lead to some unthinkable consequences.It is stated to protect personal information in the Amendments to the Criminal Law(7),which regulates the criminal behaviour violating personal information,and be the guide of interpreting and applying the article and of guarantee the stability of criminal law in our judicial process.
