直接法合成疏水介孔分子筛SBA-15-SO_3H固体酸及其催化性能 被引量:8

Direct Synthesis of Hydrophobic Mesoporous Molecular Sieves SBA-15-SO_3H Solid Acid and Its Catalytic Performance

摘要 以三嵌段共聚物PEO20-PPO70-PEO20(P123)为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯、3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和烷基硅烷偶联剂为硅源,用直接法制备了疏水性SBA-15介孔分子筛固体酸。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、IR、相对润湿接触角、滴定酸量等方法对样品进行了表征。结果表明,SBA-15-SO3H具有较好的有序孔道结构,有机基团已很好的引入到SBA-15中,制备的催化剂样品C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H的润湿接触角可达91.81o,酸量达0.88 mmolH+/g。以乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应为探针实验,考察了改性SBA-15的催化性能,结果发现样品C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H的催化效果好,乙酸转化率达86.5%。 The hydrophobic mesoporous molecular sieves SBA-15-SO3H solid acid catalysts were directly synthesized using tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane(MPTMS) and trimethoxyhexadecylsilane as silicon source and triblock copolymer P123 as template in the acidic condition.The samples were characterized by such methods as the XRD,IR,the degrees of the relative wetting contact angles,and the acid amount,etc.The XRD spectra showed that the modified SBA-15 samples also had periodic hexagonal channel...
