摘要
时态GIS作为GIS理论和技术研究前沿领域的一个难点问题越来越被重视。从实用角度出发,提出矢量时空数据组织策略,包括:时间精确到秒,用数字表示;离散变化用状态和事件来共同描述,而连续变化用事件来描述;现状/历史数据分离,空间/属性数据分离;时间标记在元组级上,空间数据采用非拓扑数据模型。在此基础上,将矢量时态层划分12种类型,详细设计其关系表组成和具体表结构。最后,设计和开发相应的实验系统,并以图斑数据和车辆轨迹数据为例验证相关策略的可行性。
