摘要
在pH 7.06的缓冲溶液中,磺胺间甲氧嘧啶在紫外光照射下发生光化学反应,形成具有荧光的产物,λex=287 nm,λem=348 nm,由此建立了磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的光化学-荧光分析法。方法的线性范围为1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.0%,回收率为98.6%~101.2%。方法可用于药品中磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的测定。
A new fluorimetric method based on photochemical reaction for the determination of sulfamonomethoxine has been developed.It was applied to the determination of sulfamonomethoxine in its medicinal tablets.The method is simple,rapid and easy to operate.The linear range and the detection limit for this method were 1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 mol/L and 1.0×10-7 mol/L,respectively.The relative standard deviation for the determination of 2.0×10-6 mol/L sulfamonomethoxine was 2.0%(n=12).The recoveries were in the range of 9...
