摘要
采用模块化流动注射分光光度法对环境水中的氰化物进行了测定,并与国家标准方法进行对照,所测结果经统计学处理,两种方法无显著性差异,精密度、准确度等各项分析指标符合分析标准。同时对不同水体中氰化物保存条件进行了研究,结果表明水样采集后应立即测试,不能立即测试的,加碱保存在4℃不应超过24 h。
The flow injection analysis(FIA) spectrophotometry was employed for the determination of cyanide in water,and the data obtained were compared with those obtained from the standard method of pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometry.The results showed no statistically significant differences between these two methods.The precision,accuracy and other indexes accorded with the analysis criteria.Based on the established FIA spectrophotometry,the preservation conditions of cyanide were investigated in water.The...
