Design of One New Type Production Information Monitoring System of Preparation Workshop

为了解决目前纺织厂准备车间生产管理水平落后、信息化发展缓慢的问题,根据车间的实际需要,开发了一种新型的生产信息监测系统。借助企业内部局域网对系统的网络体系结构进行了分析与研究,利用串口通信技术、多线程技术和专用通信函数库Pcomm Library对通信协议、通信过程和数据采集技术进行了设计,在此基础上提出了基于多线程的数据采集技术,并利用STL技术对其进行了优化,保证了生产数据的实时性和正确性。实践证明,该系统能很好地满足准备车间生产管理的实际需要。
