摘要
功率超声技术广泛使用在许多领域。由于其核心器件换能器的谐振频率在长时间工作情况下会漂移,就需要超声电源能够跟踪谐振频率的变化。提出一种基于锁相环的频率跟踪技术,设计了频率跟踪电路,详细说明电路参数的计算,利用仿真验证了设计的可行性,为实现频率跟踪提供了依据。
Supersonic power is used widely in many areas.Because of drift of resonant frequency of transducer that is the key device,the supersonic power is needed to track resonant frequency of transducer.This paper presents a frequency-tracking method based on phase-locked-loop(PLL),and designs frequency-tracking circuit and parameters of circuit,designs simulation experiment to prove the method and frequency-tracking circuit,and supply help to frequency-tracking.
