仓库设施布置及库存量优化研究

Research on Warehouse Layout and Stock Optimization

针对中小型仓库,运用设施布置原理与方法,对仓库布局进行设计,提出了三种方案,通过比较三种方案的库容量,选择出最优的方案,并根据物品位置权数,对存货位置进行布置定位。研究结果表明,通过货架的合理布置以及物品的合理定位,达到了在不增加投入的情况下使库存量最大化、并使仓储物流最小化的目的,降低了企业的仓储、物流成本,库容量较旧方案提高了81%。
