分析了完整内螺纹塑件的结构特点,介绍了其注塑模的结构和工作过程,着重阐述了内螺纹塑件注塑模的自动脱模机构设计。该模具结构巧妙,避免了使用螺纹型芯镶件进行模外脱模,成功地解决了完整内螺纹塑件的脱模问题,其工作过程稳定、可靠,能实现自动化操作,在实际中使用效果良好。
