壳体组件注塑模定位机构设计

摘要 通过对壳体组件的工艺分析,介绍了该壳体组件注塑模的整体结构及设计要点,研究了模具定位的过程,分析了定位机构的结构特点。合理设置了分型面,将工艺孔既作为定位孔又作为浇口使用。提出了一种集定位与顶出为一体的较为独特的定位机构,实现了组件的顺利成型,解决了壳体定位困难等问题,提高了生产效率。 After analyzing the injection process of the shell component,the overall structure and the design keys of its injection mold were introduced.The positioning procedure of the mold and the structural characteristics of the positioning mechanism were studied.Rational parting surface was designed.The technical holes could serve as not only positioning holes but also injection gates.A unique positioning mechanism was presented,in which positioning and ejecting functions were combined.By the new mechanism,the she...
