摘要
以透明罩壳零件注塑模为例,介绍了一种注塑模顶杆隐藏的方式。通过这种方式实现了不在注塑件的表面留下顶杆痕迹。模具结构简单,制造方便,且寿命高可靠性好。
Though analysis of injection mold of a transparent cover part,a recessing way of ejector pin was introduced.By this method,there was no trace of ejecto pin on the surface of plastic parts.This kind of mold was simple in structure,convenient in manufacturing,long in tool life,and reliable in operation.
