摘要
从再生器湍流密相床内传质的角度分析了影响烧焦能力的因素,并从理论上推导出再生器内格栅的结构形式对强化传质的效果。结果表明,密相床内设置格栅可以充分破碎气泡,从而强化氧气从气相到乳化相的传递,有效地增加再生器密相床单位体积内的烧焦强度。
The factors that affect the intensity of carbon combustion in turbulent dense bed of regenerator is analyzed in respect of mass transfer,and the effect of the grids construction in regenerator to strengthen mass transfer has been theoretically derived.With installation of rids in dense bed,most of air bubbles in turbulent dense bed of regenerator can be broken up,the transfer of oxygen from air bubbles to emulsification bed can be strengthened and the intensity of carbon combustion can be effectively increa...
