摘要
利用RetschAS400筛分仪对6种不同结构烟丝(叶丝、梗丝、CO2膨胀叶丝及掺配后、风送后、卷制后配方烟丝)进行筛分,得到其尺寸区间分布,转化为累积分布后,再利用统计分析的方法,建立了烟丝尺寸分布特性方程,分析得到了描述烟丝尺寸分布规律的特征量,并对比分析了筛分法测试与真实值测试所得烟丝尺寸分布规律,从而建立了能够准确地描述烟丝及其在加工过程中结构分布规律的表征方法。结果表明:1)烟丝结构可以用特性方程F=exp(-BxC)来表征;2)x0.50值为烟丝特征尺寸,其值越大,表示烟丝的整体尺寸越长;C值为均匀性系数,其值越大,表示烟丝尺寸分布范围越窄,均匀性越好。
