对称倾转晶界纳米双晶铜单向拉伸弹性性能的晶向效应 被引量:1

ORIENTATION EFFECT OF SYMMETRIC TILT INTERFACE BICRYSTAL COPPER ON ELASTIC PROPERTIES UNDER UNIAXIAL TENSION

摘要 利用分子动力学方法模拟旋转轴为[0 0 1]的对称倾转晶界双晶铜在单向拉伸变形过程中晶向对材料弹性性能的影响。模拟结果表明,弹性模量对晶界倾角的响应大致关于90°对称,根据响应程度及响应趋势的不同可将倾斜角分为三个区域,Ⅰ区、Ⅱ区和Ⅲ区,每个区域有各自的转折晶向角,θⅠ、θⅡ和θⅢ。当晶界倾角θ接近90°时应力—应变曲线出现明显的波动,弹性阶段的非线性增强;温度对弹性模量的晶向效应的影响主要表现在Ⅱ区,温度越高弹性模量的变化幅值越小,且突变晶向角θⅡ对弹性模量的影响越不显著;截面尺寸对双晶铜弹性模量的晶向效应影响较小。 Molecular dynamics(MD) simulations are used to investigate effects of inclination angle on elastic properties of symmetric tilt bicrystal Copper with misorientation axes subjected to uniaxial tensile deformation.The results indicate that the impact of interface orientation on elastic modulus is almost symmetric with regard to 90°.Inclination angles could be separated into three different regions according to the response degree and trend: regions Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and there are different turning orientation angles:...
