摘要
振动是电机的重要性能指标,对电机定子进行振动分析,可以为其结构改进和性能优化提供理论依据。在MSC.Nastran环境下,利用有限元方法进行电机定子的模态仿真,得到定子的多阶固有振动频率、振型等参数值。根据仿真图和数据,分析定子的危险位置和振型。进行定子模态试验,通过试验结果对比验证虚拟样机和数值模拟的有效性。仿真结果表明,系统不会发生共振。最后,在力学分析的基础上探讨螺栓数对结构振动的影响。
