Pt/Al_2O_3催化剂上甲烷的氢氘交换催化性能研究

摘要 在固定床微型反应器上考察了Pt/Al2O3催化剂对甲烷氢氘交换的催化性能。结果表明,在进料组成不变条件下,温度<663K时,甲烷转化率随温度增加快速升高,但随反应物流量增加而明显减小;温度>663K时,甲烷转化率几乎不随温度和反应物流量而变化;在反应温度566-793K,反应物总流量不变条件下,当HD/CH4=1.5-2.5时,甲烷转化率随HD/CH4增加而减小,进料组成发生变化时,转化率随HD/CH4的增大而明显减小。 Properties of Pt/Al2O3 catalysts for hydrogen-deuterium exchange of methane were studied with a fixed-bed micro-reactor.The results indicated that under the same feed composition conditions,the conversion of methane increased rapidly with reaction temperature until 663 K,where it began to saturate,while it decreased with increasing flow of the reactants;at temperatures of 566-793 K,it decreased significantly with increasing ratio of HD/CH4 when HD/CH4 =1.5-2.5 and when the feed composition changed in the to...
