城市轨道交通系统运营安全性指标研究

Operation Security Index of Urban Mass Transit System

从城市轨道交通系统的运营安全性出发,针对目前评价轨道交通安全性缺乏量化指标的问题,根据城市轨道交通系统的组成及运行特点,在参照目前研究得到的安全性定性指标基础上,利用数理统计方法提出事故后果严重程度、事故发生频率、系统的稳定性等指标,由此分析得出较为系统的轨道交通安全性指标。该指标体系能够定量表述事故后果严重程度,分析系统的稳定性,论述系统整体网络的安全性强弱,在实际应用中,指标体系中的各项统计指标均可获得,可操作性较强。
