摘要
以某盾构隧道接缝防水初始设计方案的优化为背景,针对初始方案中的密封垫,通过有限元数值模拟,得到满足各项优化指标的密封垫断面形式;通过自行设计的试验系统,测试和验证了优化后密封垫的压缩性能和防水能力,试验结果与有限元分析结果具有较好的一致性。
Based on optimization of waterproofing design for joints of a shield tunnel,the cross-section of gasket meeting all optimum requirements was obtained by FEM simulation.The compressibility and waterproof capability were tested and verified by the self-designed experimental system.The test results show good consistence with one from FEM simulation.
