摘要
全面论述了近年来国内外防水行业在向低碳型发展方面所取得的成就,分析了目前国内防水行业与低碳经济的总目标"节能、节材、绿色、减排"以及国外发展水平的差距,并提出了发展对策。
The article outlines the achievements in developing towards low carbon economy by waterproofing industry at home and abroad and analyses gap between current scenario of Chinese waterproofing industry and overall objective of low carbon economy and the gap between China and foreign countries in this field.The article also puts forward some countermeasures.
