摘要
针对城市新建城区的配网网架规划问题,提出了一种考虑街道走向约束的配电网规划模型,将电缆通道建设费用计入目标函数,考虑到实际规划中居民负荷和商业负荷分开供电的要求,采用开闭站布线算法和电缆分界室布线算法相结合的方法生成备选初始网络,使用离散二进制粒子群算法进行优化,得到最后结果。实际算例分析表明,该模型符合现实规划要求,算法求解效率高,规划结果更具有实用性和经济性,对实际的配电网规划更具指导意义。
