Application and Research on the Wear Resistance of "SH" Type Rubber Seal Ring for Water Pump

气蚀和泥沙对水泵的损害很大,尤其是对用于高扬程、高泥沙、浓泥浆环境下的水泵的密封环磨蚀尤其严重,严重缩短了密封环的使用寿命,影响安全运行。对SH型水泵密封环进行粘贴耐磨橡胶的改造,提高了密封环的抗磨蚀性能,大大延长了密封环的使用寿命,提高了水泵的效率,节约了检修费用。

The cavitation erosion and sediment harm the water pumps greatly,especially for pumps with high lift under silt laden conditions.The lifetime of seal ring of pump was shortened,affecting the safety operation of the pumping station.The improvement of the seal ring with "SH" type was conducted,which increased the wear resistance and lifetime of the ring,and then increased the efficiency of the pump and saved the maintenance costs.
