摘要
以变质玉米、尿素为原料,采用挤压膨化技术制备缓释氮肥.结果表明,决定缓释效果的关键因素--糊化度随模口半径增大下降,产量提高;扫描电镜对膨化结构进行表征,结果呈均匀网状多孔结构,尿素被膨化变质玉米形成的网状结构包裹;淋溶法测试缓释性能数据表明,释放90%尿素养分,膨化缓释氮肥(变质玉米:尿素=2:3,wt)释放时间约为普通尿素5倍.
With degenerative maize and traditional urea as the material,a new slow release fertilizer(SRF) is prepared by way of extrusion technology.The results showed that,gelatinization degree which is the key factor of the slow-release effect decreased with the increasing of the die orifice diameter,and the production increased as the same time.The structure by extruded characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),which show us a symmetrical three-dimensional framework,among which the urea was enwrapped.The ...
