摘要 工业以太网技术目前获得了快速发展,并且在机械制造、钢铁冶金以及石油化工等领域逐渐获得广泛应用,并且大有逐渐取代现场总线之势.本文在介绍网络实时通信原理的基础上对PROFINET实时工业以太网的实时通信的技术特点进行了较为深入的讨论分析,阐述了PROFINET的技术特点,论文进行的分析研究充分说明了PROFINET所具有能够满足工业控制要求的良好实时性. Recently the industrial ethernet technology has rapidly developed,especially in machinery manufacturing,iron and steel metallurgy and petrochemical industry,and gradually replaces the fieldbus.This paper analyses the real-time communication features of PROFINET,after the principle of real-time communication networks is introduced.Comparing with the ordinary industrial ethernet,the results of the tests have confirmed the excellent real-time feature of the PROFINET.
