陕北白绒山羊H-FABP基因内含子3的遗传多态性分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用PCR-SSCP技术分析了253头周岁陕北白绒山羊H-FABP基因内含子3的多态性及其与生长和胴体性状的关系。结果表明:该座位存在1个突变位点(G→C),且该群体处于Hardy-Weinberg非平衡状态;H-FABP基因的AA型和AB型之间在陕北白绒山羊的胸围和体高上差异显著(P<0.05),其他性状在不同基因型间均无显著差异(P>0.05);此外,在体斜长和背膘厚上表现AB>AA,在其他性状上均表现AA>AB。可以推断H-FABP基因可作为陕北白绒山羊生长及胴体性状的候选基因和绒山羊肉用性能的分子标记。 PCR-SSCP technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms at the intron 3 of the H-FABP gene in 253 yearling Shanbei white cashmere goats to further investigate the correlation between polymorphism and growth and carcass traits.The results showed that there was one mutation(G → C) at this gene locus with the gene frequency of the population in Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium.There was a significant difference between the genotypes of AA and AB for the heart girth and wither height(P< 0.05).Moreover,the valu...
