丹参酮ⅡA与丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对HepG2细胞的抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较丹参酮ⅡA与丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对人肝癌HepG2细胞的体外增殖抑制作用。方法采用改良MTT法测定丹参酮ⅡA与丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对HepG2的增殖抑制作用,倒置显微镜下观察两者对HepG2细胞的形态学影响。结果3.4~27.2μmol·L-1丹参酮ⅡA对HepG2细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用,并呈时间和剂量依赖性,而对应各浓度丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对HepG2细胞均无增殖抑制作用。结论丹参酮ⅡA对HepG2细胞具有显著增殖抑制作用,其与丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠在抗肝癌的药效方面可能存在差异。 OBJECTIVE To investigate inhibition effect of tanshinone ⅡA(TanⅡA) and sodium Tan ⅡA sulfonate on human hepatoma carcinoma HepG2 cells in vitro.METHODS The inhibition effect of Tan ⅡA and sodium Tan ⅡA sulfonate on HepG2 were evaluated by modified MTT assay and the changes in cell morphology were observed by inverted phase contrast microscope.RESULTS The proliferation of HepG2 cells was significantly suppressed by Tan ⅡA group (3.4-27.2 μmol·L -1) in a time and dose dependent manner,while no growth inhibiti...
