HPLC同时测定宜宾产蒲公英中的咖啡酸和绿原酸

Determination of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid in Herba Taraxaci from Yibin by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法同时测定宜宾产蒲公英中咖啡酸和绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Waters symmetry shieldTM C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10∶90),检测波长328nm,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果咖啡酸、绿原酸的线性范围分别为0.08～0.80μg(r=0.9992)、0.04～0.40μg(r=0.9994);平均回收率分别为101.4%(RSD=2.9%)、100.0%(RSD=3.2%)。结论绿原酸的含量为0.011%～0.052%,咖啡酸的含量为0.035%～0.069%,咖啡酸的含量远高于2005年版《中国药典》规定的0.02%的限度。所用方法准确、可靠,可用于蒲公英的质量控制。
