HPLC测定氨茶碱片中的无水茶碱

Determination of theophylline anhydrous in Aminophylline tablets by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定氨茶碱片中茶碱的含量。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺(25∶75∶0.2),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长271nm,柱温30℃。结果无水茶碱7.935～79.35mg·L-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.5%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于氨茶碱片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Theophylline Anhydrous in Aminophylline tablets.METHODS The Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-triethylamine(25∶75∶0.2).The flow rate was 1 mL·min -1.The wavelength of detection was at 271 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS The linear range of Theophylline Anhydrous was 7.935-79.35 mg·L -1(r = 0.9999,n = 6).The average recovery rat...
