摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定羌活中总阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长316nm。结果阿魏酸0.0059～0.1181μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.08%(RSD=1.71%,n=6)。结论所建方法简便、快捷、重复性好,可作为羌活药材中总阿魏酸的含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To determine total ferulic acid in Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii by RP-HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic column was Phenomenex Luna C18(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085% H3PO4(17∶ 83) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1;the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 316 nm.RESULTS There was good linear relationship with ferulic acid during 0.0059-0.1181 μg( r = 0.9999).The average recovery was 99.08% (RSD =1.71%,n =6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,f...
